This article from the Telegraph claims that according to a recent survey of 2,360 Czech women that the longer women had intercourse, the more likely they were to have an orgasm and concluded apparently that we need to be putting less emphasis on foreplay and more on intercourse. A researcher is quoted as saying “Intercourse is significantly more important…”. Hmmm.
From all I know of the women I speak to & work with, many feel that while intercourse can be fan-fucking-abulous, a LOT of them feel foreplay is undervalued in our culture. In fact, women often take steps to help prolong foreplay in order to have sex that is more fulfilling for them. Sure, I believe that many women are more likely to have an orgasm if they have intercourse for a longer period of time (especially since it takes most women a while to “achieve” orgasm), but to say it is “significantly more important…” is almost.. well reckless…
What do you think?
