I can’t speak for the rest of the staff here, but I get the question all time “What is the difference between Ella & Madame Butterfly?” (the vibes pictured here) so I thought I’d break it down for you.
First of all, I’ll tell you how they are the same. Both Ella and Madame B. are made by the same company, have the same controls and appear to have the same amount of power. Both are waterproof and run on three AA batteries. They are about the same size with Madame Butterfly being just a smidge taller & wider (almost imperceptible).
Now, besides the obvious difference in how they look and the type of clit-loving animal they have, there are a few other variations to consider.
Material: Both are made of a soft plastic (also called Jelly). Madame B is listed as phthalate-free by the manufacturer, Ella is not. Both are porous and cannot be sterilized so we suggest using condoms with these.
Internal Balls: Probably one of the biggest differences is the vagina-stimulating balls that they both have. Ella has metal balls that are on a track (so they rotate, but stay inline). Madame B. has loose plastic “pearls” that tumble around inside. I think that this make s Ella a bit more intense when using inside. It is possible that you will feel the balls better in Ella.
