The Quietest Vibrators

I was asked the other day to list off all of our quietest vibrators, and I thought to myself “huh, that’s a really good question.” I knew a couple of them offhand, but not enough to make a list. This is an important quality in a vibrator for a lot of people, so I thought for you, the vibrator-buying population at large, I would make such a list.

Of course, keep in mind that over time, as vibrators get rattled around and used and dropped and used some more, they’ll start to get louder. But these are definitely a good starting point.

1. Lelo vibes (Nea, Pebble, Gina, Iris) - In addition to being beautifully designed, made of silicone (in the case of Gina and Iris) and fully rechargeable, these vibes are also very very quiet. They’ll also run you in the rage of $80-$130, but they are worth every penny.

2. The Wahl Coil - I know! You’d think a big clunky plug-in vibe would be super loud (like the jackhammer-esque Magic Wand) but this guy is super quiet on its lowest speed, which is by no means “low”, and not too much louder on its high speed. If you’re cool with jerking off near an electrical outlet, Wahl is definitely your friend.

3. Gyrating vibes - Ursula, Sidney, Briana.  These three vibes operate at a lower frequency than most vibrators, making them less “zingy” and more “rumbly.” It’s a unique sensation in a vibrator, good for people who like a less intense vibration, and it also makes these vibrators much quieter than most…

4. Delight - Another awesomely designed, partly silicone rechargeable vibrator. This one is shaped for g-spot stimulation but can also be used for clitoral!

5. Gigolo and Patchy - A couple of cute Fun Factory silicone vibes, great for internal or external fun!

Keep in mind that hard plastic vibes, especially the bigger ones, tend to be the loudest. If you are looking for quiet and none of the ideas above turn you on..  small and/or soft toys are good places to start. The bigger and harder the plastic, the louder the toy usually is.

So go have yourselves some super-secret quiet fun! Sshhhhh!
