Is there any exercise-type activity that is more fun than fucking? I didn’t think so. Ever wonder how you can beef up your bod while you bone your honey? Now you can check out this article. It’s pretty penetration-focused, but it does have this delightful tidbit of advice at the end for solo sex:

Increase Your Heart Rate for a Cardio Workout: When you hit an orgasm the heart rate goes up. So if you’re masturbating the best thing to do would be to stop right before you orgasm. Your heart rate will go up, then slow down, then go up again, and that in itself is a cardio workout. Keep doing it over and over.

And as we all know, this is great advice for strengthening your PC muscles and having more control over your orgasms in general. Hooray for exercise!
