I don’t know if you have seen these or not, but they are great, quick PSAs from legendary porn star Buck Angel about trans health. Dealing with a traditional health care provider can be a real challenge if you are trans (heck, it can be even if you are not!) but these health issues are important for ALL of us to take care so we can be healthy, happy sexy people!
If you are in Chicago you can get excellent health care at Howard Brown and The Chicago Women’s Health Center. If you are not in Chicago (move here! it is awesome!) locate your nearest LGBT health center for care.
And if you are not trans, it is not like you are off the hook! Be safe people and get those bits looked at. If you tend to not do it just ‘casue you forget (like me) try to remember every year when your birthday comes to call for an appt!
