When Placing Your Order
Please make sure that you fill out the order form completely. We MUST have a valid phone number that matches the billing address for your credit card. We will not call you at this number unless the email address you provided to us does not work and there is a problem with your order or credit card number.

Please be sure to include any apartment or suite number on your order. If your order is undeliverable because the apartment or suite number was not provided, you will be charged for re-shipment or any correction charged imposed by UPS.

After you place your order, you will automatically be emailed a confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours be sure contact us to make sure that we received your order.

If there are any questions or problems with your order we will contact you via email, so it is a good idea to check your email 24-48 hours after your place your order. Also, please make sure that your spam filter doesn’t filter out emails coming from early2bed.com

Shipping
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible, usually within two business days. While we make every effort to insure that all items on the website are in stock, from time to time an item that you ordered may be temporarily unavailable. If that is the case, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible and you will have an opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Our default shipping method is UPS ground, however, you can select to have your order shipped via USPS Priority Mail at checkout. All orders going to a P.O. box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Also, we will ship orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/AE addresses via Priority Mail as well, even if you select UPS.

UPS will return packages to us after they make three delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us and we have to reship it, the customer is charged for the reshipping.

Orders are shipped in plain brown (or recycled) boxes that have a return address of EtB and no indication of the items contained inside.

If you need your order in a hurry:
For an additional fee we can ship your order via UPS Second Day Air. These items arrive by 7pm, two business* days after shipping.

For an additional fee we can ship your order via UPS Next Day Air Saver. These items arrive by 7pm, the next business* day after shipping.

Expedited orders must be received by 12pm Central Time to be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will go out the next business day. Expedited orders can only be sent to US street addresses (no P.O. Boxes).

*A business day is defined as a non-holiday weekday. Weekends are not considered business days.

If you live outside the US we are happy to ship orders internationally, but additional shipping charges are added to our normal shipping rate:

For orders to Canada:
$6.00 is added to the normal shipping charges and we ship items via The United States Postal Service. You can expect your order to arrive in 6-10 days.

For all other orders outside of the US:
An additional $15.00 is added to the normal shipping cost and items are shipped via The United States Postal Service. You can expect your order to arrive in 1-3 weeks, although it may take as long as four weeks to arrive.

We will be as discreet as possible on customs labels indicating the contents as "plastic toy", "novelty item" “silicone molding” or "body lotion". It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that items being shipped are legal in your area.

We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs or any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied. We are unable to process refunds for items seized by customs. Orders can take up to four weeks to arrive. We will not process any international orders that do not have the same billing and shipping addresses.

 

Return policy
We check every item before it is shipped out to make sure it is in good working order. Battery-operated items are tested and only shipped if they are in working order. However, if a battery-operated item fails to work within 30 days from date of purchase, we will gladly replace it or exchange it for a different item. You must contact us before returning an item. When returning a defective item, please make sure it is clean and include the original packaging (if you still have it). We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged by the customer (i.e. cracked, ripped or broken). If there is visable damage on a product that is returned for being defective, we will not be able to accept it. We cannot issue any refunds.

Due to health concerns, we cannot accept any returns on any non-defective merchandise. We also cannot accept returns of books or videos.

Privacy policy
At Early to Bed we value your privacy, so we will never, ever rent, sell or share your information with anyone else. Promise.

Also, we do not automatically send out catalogs or mailings to customers, so once your order is received, you will not hear from us again unless you contact us.
