I am generally very impressed with this vibe. The texture is velvety (typical for a silicone), the shape is perfect, and BOY is it powerful. The motor in the butterfly portion seems to be a bit weaker than the one in the bulb, but that says more about the strength of the latter. At first I was concerned that the extra flaps of the wings/antennae would just dilute the force and they /kinda/ do, but I have no complaints there.

I was a little disappointed at the cheap plastic cap, where the metallic paint has already started scraping off even though it's only been a few months and doesn't really get scuffed around. The biggest complaint I have is that it eats batteries like you wouldn't believe. I've never had a plug-in vibe and I've also never had one with quite so much bang for your buck, but you certainly pay for it. I now have a graveyard of dead batteries and have resigned to buy them in bulk.

I'm definitely planning on buying something that plugs in next time but I'm not exactly suffering in the meantime.

I have never been upset with any purchase I have made that involves a toy by Blush, and again I have left happy after getting the Lotus Flutter. This toy has great vibrations! I was shocked by how powerful this toy would vibe. The shape is small and I normally prefer something a little thicker, but the vibrations made the size not seem so bad. I also hate battery powered toys, but I would tell people to never hesitate taking this home regardless of the inconvenience of battery power. Something else that is enjoyable is the flat shape of the butterfly at the very tip. The shape almost mimics the flutter of a real tongue. Not exactly, but kind of!
