All sales are final at early2bed.com. By making a purchase on our site your are certifying that you are at least 18 years old and the products you are ordering are legal in your locale.
If you select In Store Pick up and do not pick up your order within 35 days of being notified that it is ready, we will cancel the order and refund you minus a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are only accepted on detective items and within 60 days of purchase. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

If a product has a manufacturer’s defect, it may be exchanged for the same item only. Refunds are not offered. Defective products must be reported within 60 days of purchase, and any return requires prior approval along with the original invoice and packaging. Some products have longer warranties. Ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to you once your order has been marked as delivered to the carrier for shipment.
