Early to Bed is looking for a friendly, dependable, and thoughtful manager to join our team!

We're a queer-owned, education-focused sexuality shop that believes in meeting people where they are, with compassion, curiosity, and zero judgment. We're looking for someone with at least 1- 2 years of people management experience who enjoys supporting staff, connecting with customers, and helping keep things running smoothly.

This position starts at 32 hours a week on a set four-day schedule, with evenings and Saturdays required. Additional hours may be available after a three-month trial period.

You don't need to know everything about sexuality products to apply, but you do need to be comfortable talking openly and respectfully with people about intimate topics and working with folks of all genders, sexualities, and backgrounds.
