Ami is a set of three weighted silicone PC exercising balls and we LOVE them. Each ball has a different weight and they are numbered to help you work your way towards stellar PC muscles easily. The coating is supple and a little squishy and the retrieval cords are durable. In addition to the balls, each set comes with a booklet on doing your kegels and why strong PC muscles are so important to your sexual health and well-being! If you are pregnant, it is a great idea to get your muscles toned before delivery and these can also help with post-birth recovery (shower gift anyone?).
