The BJ Dildo 2.0 is much improved from the first version! The shaft wall is hollow but thicker than the first version, giving it a really nice softer squishy texture (almost a dual density feel), but still firm enough to use for penetration or in a harness if you want. It's nice to have a dildo that you can do multiple things with!
Using suction with it is super fun also! We found that you can apply a fair amount of suction with not as much effort. The suction sensation *may* work better with different bodies. We found the suction sensation worked much better / stronger on the one of us who had bottom growth on T, and the suction felt much more mild for me (the person not on T). Like any suction toy, it does take some effort to get the placement / area coverage right, which is why it may not be a good fit for every single body. You also need to hold the toy in the right place, like you would with other suction toys.
We found the intensity of suction wavered between not intense enough to orgasm from but felt nice, to super intense suction if you suck hard enough. So, you can essentially choose the type of suction you want to use with it and vary between them. I also found that it can act like a pump if you use it in a certain way. You can suck and then "hold" the suction pressure by putting your tongue over the hole in the tip and it will trap the suction in, and then you can release it. You can also use "shorter" and faster suction breaths to make it act more like an air pulse toy.
Overall we found the toy to be super fun and you can use it in multiple ways, which is nice. I think it could be nice to use it like a pump (to draw the blood flow in and increase sensitivity) and then use another toy after and your bits would feel more intense/sensitive.
