This toy fills me up well and hits my prostate just right. If I clench while it vibrates, it makes lose control and cum almost every time. It's just not 5 stars because it already starts off a bit too big (the size of the largest njoy plug I'd say), but if you work up to using it or take larger toys no problem you won't be disappointed ;)
