In a word: yes.

It took my partner and me a little time to discover how to get the most out of it. I found a couple of videos YouTube that kind of walk you through the process. Some experimentation was needed. The more we used it, though, the better it got. You figure out where to apply pressure, how to angle it, and how to maneuver it so that you don't just climax, you CLIMAX.

It's fun for couples, but I also really like using it by myself. It's just s great toy. It's design looks deceptively simple, but it hits the right spots. It's heavier than most of my toys, but it's a good kind of heavy.
