I love the shape and feel of this pelvic tool! I brought it in to my pelvic floor therapist and she taught me how to use it the most optimally for my needs. It's long enough to reach the really deep muscles, but thin enough to not feel too intrusive. And you can use either end, the tip or the sides, depending on your needs! The silicone is also really smooth, so it slides into the body with some lube really easily!
