It's not in the manual but here's how to get the best suction: fill with lube, squeeze the sleeve tight with both hands then slip your cock in. You can then pull it slowly and it feels like an amazing blow job. Some ideas:

Very happy with this. The plastic coil that wraps creates a resistance that wants to pull the sleeve up and off of you while using it, so holding onto it can get tricky if you have slippery hands. I found that holding the very top of if (Closed end) and moving the sleeve up and down was more effective at continued movement than just gripping the sides. I also noticed that if you do any twisting motions that move the sleeve of the to side you can start to feel the coil so it gets slightly uncomfortable for a brief moment.
Beware of the suction created by this toy. It feels incredible and sounds like someone giving sloppy oral sex, but can backfire on you if you pull out too fast; Unleashing a gooey mess everywhere.
Cleaning can be a little difficult. There’s no good way to let the inside dry out after washing it besides putting it back in the carrying case. It’d be nice if it came with some sort of drying silica packet that went in the case itself.
