Wow, incredibly soft to the touch, it is addicting just to feel! Perfect size and weight, I was afraid the back would be made of that "jelly" type that hair sticks to like crazy, but it's not, it just magically has a slight tack without being sticky. I'm on testosterone but I have trouble using masturbator sleeves, so the hole didn't do much for me but if those do work for you that might be a really nice bonus. Overall I think this is best used for what it was meant for - a harness cushion - but it's fun to just have around as well.
