This is the third style of these “base bumpers” I’ve purchased and I think it might be my favorite. I was a little dubious taking it out of the package because it is really thick. Much thicker than the b. cush which I also have. The silicone is very soft and squishy. I’ve used it twice so far, once with a bullet and once without. The thickness makes so much sense when you add a bullet and it’s just amazing. I climaxed while penetrating my partner and it was so gender affirming for me. My suggestion is to make sure your straps are cinched down and it seems to work best on dildos that have a flat base. It did stay in place on one that has a slight suction cup style base. Your mileage may vary.
