These comfy underoos come with a nifty pouch for your packer! They arrive with their own "enhancer" which is a lightweight, foam cup that creates a bulge without using a packer. But you can remove the cup to use with your favorite packer instead if you prefer. These are not good with StPs as the pouch will prevent access.

I just received this product today and am so excited to wear it out and about! I read reviews online to size up, and actually ordered 2 sizes above what I normally wear. For reference, I am about 5ft4 & 120ish lbs, and I usually wear size 28 or 29 jeans, but I ordered a size large. The packaging itself was discreet and the product arrived in a timely manner, and when I tried it on, the waist wasn’t too loose or too tight. The foam insert that comes with the underwear is similar to the removable padding that comes with sports bras, although it is slightly thicker and elongated. I heard with Paxsies (a different brand of packing underwear w/ that comes with a foam insert), the foam insert has an phallic imprint but that isn’t the case with the foam on this one. If you’re just wearing the underwear with no pants over it, the bulge does look pretty sizable, but once you put pants on, it looks normal and not at all like a weird erection. Overall, good product for the price point but the sizing is limited and the size chart is weird.
