Made by one of our favorite packer & dildo makers, Sam is a 100% silicone Stand-to-Pee device that also doubles as a packer. New York Toy Collective worked for two years on this design and we think it might be something that fits the bill for many guys. With full round balls and a short but thick shaft, it make a nice package and a great StP. Pack it in your regular tight-fitting underwear or try it in the RodeoH TruHk Boxers. as far as the quality of the item goes, this packer does just fine. i don't have any problems with the physical quality, but that's about the only aspect in which i was satisfied with this packer.
i found it incredibly difficult to use as an STP, to the point that i gave up on trying to learn how, so i can't recommend it to someone who isn't already familiar and skilled at using an STP device.
it's also been incredibly uncomfortable for me to use as a packer. i've had it for over a year, and only wore it regularly for about the first month because every day, i would be in genuine pain by the end of the day from wearing it. now it just sits in a drawer wrapped up in an old tshirt.
the only aspect of this packer that i haven't tested is it's use for penetration because i didn't originally buy the insert that allows for that and at this point, i'm not inclined to spend more money on this thing. it's already been quite an expensive disappointment.
This was the first stp that I mastered the first time, and it's really easy to use. To pack I use compression shorts/underwear and it works perfectly. Even though it looks like I have a boner at first, I just re-adjust and it looks like a regular bulge.
I'm not a fan of this thing. It's too big mainly (extremely girthy for what is supposed to resemble a flaccid penis. Not very discreet, plus it's not particularly comfortable) and I find it more difficult to pee with than the only other stp I own. I bought this because I wanted an stp with balls, but really the balls just make it more difficult to conceal unfortunately.
If you still want this, make sure you match it to your skin tone. I am quite pale so I got the cashew. I don't know whose dick is actually this pale. The color is not natural looking. Perhaps the caramel would have been better, but idk that one looks too dark in the picture and I'd prefer more pink undertones.
