2023 Holiday Shipping Deadline


CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINE HAS PASSED. But we are still shipping daily!

If you are in Chicago we don't forget that we offer in-store pick up. It is the quickest and easiest way to get your order. 

If you are having something shipped, please be sure to read the following carefully and remember that once we hand our packages off to the postal service we have NO CONTROL over what they do with them. We can't control delays or packages that go missing, especially once they are marked as delivered. But as always we'll do our best to help so reach out if something happens. 

If you are in the midwest it usually takes 2-3 business days for packages to arrive. If you are on the coasts it will take longer.  

We cannot guarantee any delivery dates, but please trust us and know that we will do our very best to not only ship quickly, but to also help you to the best of our abilities if things go wonky in the delivery process (especially if you are nice when you contact us). 


Other things to know:

• We cannot say when International orders will arrive. It could take 6 days, it could take 4-6 weeks. 

• If you get tracking info that says DELIVERED please wait 24-48 hours before contacting us. Sometimes carriers mark things as delivered but don't get chance to actually make the delivery until the next day.  

• If it says delivered, be sure to take a good look around your home. Sometimes packages are stashed in bushes, tossed over fences or left somewhere not-obvious. Ask your carrier if they know what happened. 

• Make sure you add your apartment number and any delivery instructions to your address when checking out. The field marked (optional) in our checkout is a great place to add something like "Ring bell for 4G", "Gate code is 999" or something like that. 

• Mail theft happens and items cannot always be replaced. Think about the safest address to mail your items to when placing your order.
