bought this three years ago and didn't really like it, t dick never gets hard enough to properly spread the hole and its so floppy it'll pull itself off but i had a huge epiphany.
buy the nipple suckers they sell on this site, the twist top ones, shove this thing in it. it fits like its made for it. if you're having a hard time getting it in the sucker, use the suction to pull it in. lube it up and you've got a palm sized fleshlight. and because its now closed you can actually pull a vaccum and stay in the damn thing long enough to enjoy it.
if youre a trans guy do not buy this as your first toy, get a blue valentine if you want something floppy, unless you regularly get doorstop boners, in that case fuck you, you lucky bastard. if you have a large collection and already own one of those nipple suckers and you're malding cuz you want a fleshlight at a size you can use just buy this and treat it like a fleshlight insert for that nipple sucker.
