Inside the plastic tube (which you will use to make your detailed mold) you’ll find a batter operated vibrator, a bag of clone-a-willy molding powder, a small thermometer, a balsa wood stick, and two jars of silicone gel. You will also need to gather some other supplies including a measuring cup, mixing bowl, timer, scissors, disposable container, mixing spoon and 4” cardboard square and an erect penis. How to Make Your Own Dildo with the Clone A Willy Kit

To make your exact replica, it is helpful to have someone there to help with the molding process (and to help keep you erect)!

Step one: Measuring Your Penis

The first is going involve getting hard and measuring your penis. Then you want to measure it again the tube (with the closed end against your body). Measure where your actual penis ends and draw a line. Then you want to cut the tub at about that line.

If you have a curved penis, after you cut your tube to the correct length you can cut it into two pieces at a slight angle right at the middle of your curve. Then adjust the two pieces until the correct angle is formed and tape them together very securely. Now you can go on to the next step.

Creating the Mold

Next you want to measure out warm water. Check the water temperature, it should be 90-degrees. Put that water into a mixing bowl and get your timer ready. Then put in the molding powder and mix for 45 seconds. Don’t fret if it is still a little lumpy, that is ok. Now you need to quickly pour that into the mold.

Here is where timing becomes very crucial. You need to now get your erect penis into the mold as soon as possible and before 2 minutes is up, so having a helping hand here could be crucial.

Once your entire penis is inside, hold the tube against your body as the mold hardens. This should take about 2 minutes. Once the mold has hardened, you can release your penis from the mold. Whew the hard part is done!

Now you let the mold sit for at least 4 hours, but more time is great. When you are ready for the next step, prepare for the dildo making!

Final Steps – Adding the Silicone

Take your two jars of silicone gel and unscrew the tops. Use your disposable container (bowl, cup, whatever you have on hand that can be tossed after)

to stir the two jars together (one jar is clear and the other jar will contain your color or skin-toned silicone). Mix these thoroughly for several minutes.

Make sure your mold is dry and pour out any accumulated water. Now very slow pour your silicone into the mold, you want to reduce air bubbles as much as you can.

To make this a vibrating silicone replica, take your 4” cardboard square and cut a hole in the middle and insert the vibrator, leaving just the screw top sticking out of one side of the cardboard (you’ll want to be able to change those batteries!). Then place the vibe into the silicone material and rest the cardboard on top of the mold. You’d want the vibe to be as centered as possible in dildo.

Now you just have to put your molding tube out of the way, sit back and wait! You want your perfect mold to cure for at least 24 hours. I know, it is hard to be patient at this point in the process, but it is worth the wait. Once you have that completely body safe finished dildo in your hand (or other part of your body) you are going to be glad that you were patient.

Care and Cleaning
